Anthony and I are going to a 1920's themed dance next Saturday! I am so excited. I haven't been to a dance in over a year. And for someone who used to go to every youth dance possible (about every other month), that is a very long time. I love dances. Having a dance at home is fun, but not the same. I need the energy I gain from all the other people in the room, or I am wiped out after like five songs. Guess I'm getting old.
The thing that bugs me, though, is the lack of dances in the married wards I've been in. Married ward (or stake) dances would be ideal! Everyone has a partner. :)
Did I mention that there are going to be cupcakes at this dance?
